Cashorbit Terms & Conditions

By creating an account and using Cashorbit, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate registration information (phone, email, and password).
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Only use payment methods and bank accounts that belong to you.

2. Investment Plans (CO Tiers)

• Cashorbit offers investment plans (CO Tier 1–6) with a fixed 7-day cycle.
• When you invest, the investment amount is deducted from your available balance and locked for the cycle.
• Each plan pays a stated daily return (e.g. 25%–50% daily depending on tier) for up to 7 successful claim days.
• After 7 successful daily claims, the plan completes and your principal is returned to your balance.
• Investments carry risk. Returns shown are platform rates and are not guaranteed in all circumstances. Past or displayed figures do not guarantee future results.

3. Daily Check & Claiming Earnings

• You must use Daily Check (or Claim Today's Earnings on My Plan) to receive each day's earnings.
• Each claim is valid only within a 24-hour window.
• If you do not claim within 24 hours, that day's earnings are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Missed days still count toward the 7-day cycle progress, but you receive ₦0 for those days.
• You can claim only once per 24-hour period per plan. After a successful claim, the next claim opens after approximately 24 hours.
• You are responsible for checking in on time. Cashorbit is not liable for earnings lost due to missed claims.

4. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals to your bank are available every Saturday only.
• Any unwithdrawn earnings remaining after Saturday are forfeited; deposited wallet funds are not affected by this weekly earnings forfeiture.
• You must save valid Nigerian bank details (bank name, account name, 10-digit account number) before withdrawing.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000.
• A 10% withdrawal charge is applied to each withdrawal request. For example, a ₦10,000 request pays out ₦9,000.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing. Ensure your bank details are correct; Cashorbit is not responsible for funds sent to wrong accounts due to user error.

5. Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the methods shown in the app (e.g. bank transfer).
• Only deposit from accounts that belong to you.
• Deposited funds appear in your available balance and may be used to invest or, when withdrawals are unlocked, withdrawn subject to these terms.

6. Referrals

• Referral commissions (e.g. Direct / Level 2 / Level 3) are paid according to the rates displayed in the app.
• Referral abuse, fake accounts, or fraud will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, multiple accounts, referral abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the platform is prohibited.
• Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice.

8. Platform Changes & Liability

• Cashorbit may update features, plan rates, fees, and policies at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
• Cashorbit is not liable for losses arising from missed daily claims, incomplete cycles, incorrect bank details, or user error.
